1. Information We Collect

  • Book request details, including title, author, category, ISBN or link, reason, priority selection, and your email address.
  • Copyright/takedown submissions, including your contact information and the URLs you report.
  • Technical data such as IP address, device and browser info, and user agent.
  • Session replay data (clicks, scrolls, and navigation) via OpenReplay. We enable masking for emails and numbers where possible.
  • Chat messages and related book identifiers when you use the book chat widget.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • Provide the Service and respond to your book requests or chat questions.
  • Improve performance, reliability, and content quality.
  • Detect abuse, prevent fraud, and keep the Service secure.

3. Sharing and Processors

We use service providers to operate the Service. This includes analytics/session replay (OpenReplay) and automation workflows (n8n webhook) for chat responses. We store data in a PostgreSQL database. We do not run ads or sell personal data.

4. Data Retention

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes described above, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

5. Your Choices

  • You can choose not to submit the request form or use the chat widget.
  • You can block cookies or storage in your browser, but some features may not work properly.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated policy here.
